WILD CARD Happenings

Well, the full of WILD CARD is off to the editor at Silhouette. And finally some good news on the agent front: an agent who was at the Washington Romance Writers' retreat over the past weekend got to see the awards ceremony for the Marlenes, heard my name and recognized it from the query I sent her, and ended up sending me an e-mail on Tuesday requesting the full. I don't know if the contest win spurred her to pull my manuscript out of her slushpile or not, but whatever happened, I'm about to send WILD CARD to an agent. Whee!
